Malaya Drymix is a well-established brand specializing in MX Products, a range of pre-blended, cement-based materials designed to simplify construction and finishing tasks. Our manufacturing facility is strategically located at Lot 49 & 50, Jalan 2/2, Rawang Integrated Industrial Park, 48000 Rawang, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
On August 15, 2024, we proudly produced our first batch of MX Products, starting with an initial lineup of six offerings. Looking ahead, we are committed to expanding our product range to meet diverse industry needs. We are also delighted to announce our collaboration with Seong Henng Development Sdn Bhd, one of prime subsidiary within the Seong Henng Group.
Our vision and mission are centered on providing trusted, efficient, and high-quality products and services to our clients, while continuously expanding our business to reach new heights.

Seong Henng Development Sdn Bhd – a subsidiary of Seong Henng Group, which specializes in property development business.
SH Development business purpose is to create a new community and it enriched people lives and continually delivers values for residents living within the precinct.
Their current project, 88 Sentosa Utama Industrial Park, is located in Bukit Beruntung, Rawang Selangor nearby Sg. Buaya. A combination of retail and industrial development project, is to create a new community where becomes urbanization and more accessible e.g bank, petrol station, restaurants for existing residents.
Seong Henng Engineering (Works) Sdn Bhd was established in 1984 and is one of the leading Engineering and Manufacturing Companies in Malaysia. The company has grown steadily through the past decades with its quality assurance and exclusive services.
