(A) BRICKLAYING
MX Premix Mortar Render (788) is applied onto the base with a steel brick trowel.

(B) PLASTERING / RENDERING
MX Premix Mortar Render (788) is applied onto the surface with a steel trowel.

If application requires a few layers, the underneath layers must be dry before applying the subsequent layers.

Hardened MX Premix Mortar Render (788) surface can be further smoothened with MX Base Coat (707) and Skim Coat (Top Coat) MX Skim Coat (708)

Product Description	MX Premix Mortar Render (788) is high quality versatile pre-mixed mortar that is specially designed for brick laying and plastering use. It can also be used for patching, rendering and surface improvement works on cement rendered surface. It is a superior substitution to traditional wet trades (i.e job-site mix cement-sand mortars) particularly beneficial for construction trend that embrace Industrialized Building System (IBS) as a method of attaining better construction quality and productivity. IT SHOULD NOT BE USED ON PAINTED SURFACES
