// Step 1

MX Wall Render 705
Apply 1st layer 8 – 10mm thick.

MX Thin Wall Plaster 706
Apply 1st layer 3 – 5mm thick.

// Step 2

MX Wall Render 705
Apply 2nd layer at 8 – 10mm thick.
Total thickness need 15mm and above.

MX Thin Wall Plaster 706
Apply 2nd layer at 2 – 3mm thick.
Total thickness not more than 8mm.

Product Description

MX Wall Render (705) & MX Thin Wall Plaster (706) is specially designed to be used as the undercoat for all types of block walls and concrete walls.

It can also be used for patching, rendering and surface improvement works on cement rendered surface. Because of its water retention and good adhesion properties, it is a superior substitution to traditional wet trades (i.e. job-site mix cement-sand mortars) particularly beneficial for construction trend that embrace Industrialized Building System (IBS) as a method of attaining better construction quality and productivity.

IT SHOULD NOT BE USED ON PAINTED SURFACES.

Hardened MX Wall Render (705) & MX Thin Wall Plaster (706) surface can be further smoothened with MX Base Coat (707) and Skim Coat (Top Coat) MX Skim Coat (708)

Remarks:

  • MX Wall Render (705) for external use.
  • MX Thin Wall Plaster (706) for internal use.

Product Description

MX Wall Plast (709) is a high-performance plastering cement with good physical and mechanical strength properties, that complied to MSEN 413-1: Class MC 12.5.

It is specially designed for brick walls and block walls plastering use. Its water retention properties prevent premature loss of water and ensures sufficient moisture is retained for complete cement hydration process.

The coalescing effect ensures it has effective internal cohesion and substrate adhesion, thus promoting easy spread with anti-sag properties.
